Apple Ginger Ice Cream

• 2 pt. vanilla ice cream
• 1 c. apples
• 1/4 c. ginger
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 4 tbsp. apple liqueur
• 4 whole gingersnaps

1. Place ice cream in a medium bowl.
2. Fold in dried apples, ginger and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
3. Divide ice cream into 4 separate chilled bowls.
4. Pour 1 Tbsp.
5. apple liqueur over each serving.
6. Insert a gingersnap into the center of each.
