California Burger Topping

• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp minced onion
• 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 4 oz (1cup) shredded cheddar cheese

1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend lightly.
2. Spoon onto cooked hamburgers.
