Cheddar Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
- In large skillet, cook bacon & set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper.
- Brown in skillet with bacon drippings.
- When brown, place in a covered casserole dish or roaster.
- Combine soup & milk & pour over chicken.
- Crumble bacon & place on top.
- Cover & bake in 375 oven for 1 hour.
- Remove cover & bake 15 minutes more.
- Serve over egg noodles.
