Chicken Wraps with Asian-Mango Salsa

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, jalapeno, red onion, mango, cilantro, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  2. Season to taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine the mayonnaise and remaining soy sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Set aside.
  6. To assemble wraps, warm tortillas in the microwave on high for 10-15 seconds.
  7. Spread a light layer of soy-mayo over the tortilla.
  8. Spread chicken down the middle of the tortilla.
  9. Top with salsa.
  10. Wrap like a burrito and enjoy!
