Blue Cheese Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a large saucepan 15 min or possibly till tender; drain.
  2. Toss potato with butter and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together whipping cream and flour in saucepan; stir in cheese.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 min or possibly till mix is thickened.
  5. Stir in salt and pepper.
  6. Toss cheese mix with potato mix; sprinkle with crumbled bacon and parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. This recipe yields 6 servings.
