Best Mexican Rice

  1. Melt butter in medium skillet, add rice and saute about 7 min.
  2. Pour in water, half of cilantro, half of can tomato sauce ( or 1 bullion cube) and chicken bullion.
  3. bring water to boil and fully dissolve bullion.
  4. When water is boiling, cover and reduce heat.
  5. simmer 15-20 min, until water is fully absorbed.
  6. DO NOT REMOVE COVER DURING 15-20 min, the rice will come out crunchy.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cilantro over rice.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
