Cheddar Sausage Balls
- 1 pound Ground Sausage
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2.
- Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Knead and work the sausage with your hands until all the Bisquick and cheese has been picked up by and mixed into the sausage.

- Roll sausage mixture into balls and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Periodically roll the balls around in the dish to make sure all sides are browning evenly.
- Serve hot with toothpicks.
- These make a great breakfast reheated the next morning.
