Cheese and Mustard Drumsticks

  1. Preheat oven to 200C Line a large roasting pan with baking paper.
  2. Combine yoghurt, parmesan, breadcrumbs, mustard and parsley in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat each drumstick in yoghurt mixture.
  5. Place in prepared pan.
  6. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool in pan.
