Golden Vegetable Stock

  1. Make sure all the veggies are clean, but DO NOT PEEL any of them.
  2. Cut them into 1-1/2 inch (or smaller) chunks, add water, and cook on low heat overnight in the crockpot.
  3. Cool and drain; discard veggies.
