Baked Fish With Tomatoes And Spices Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook onion, garlic and chiles in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, till onion is tender; reduce heat.
  4. Sir in remaining ingredients except fish steaks.
  5. Simmer uncovered over low heat 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  6. Arrange fish in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1-1/2 inches.
  7. Spoon tomato mix over fish.
  8. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Sprinkle with minced fresh cilantro if you like.
  10. 4 servings.
