Buckaroo Bar B Q Sauce Recipe
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Fat
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 1 x 8 ounce can seasoned tomato sauce
- Cook onions and celery in warm fat until soft and yellow.
- Add in remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly.
- Makes 2 c., sufficient to barbeque 4 lbsspareribs.
