Buckaroo Bar B Q Sauce Recipe

• 1 med onion, sliced
• 1/2 c. Minced celery
• 2 Tbsp. Fat
• 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 c. Water
• 1/2 c. Catsup
• 1 x 8 ounce can seasoned tomato sauce

1. Cook onions and celery in warm fat until soft and yellow.
2. Add in remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly.
3. Makes 2 c., sufficient to barbeque 4 lbsspareribs.
