Fried Curry Chicken
- 2 chop small chunk drumstick and wings
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp cornstach
- 3 tbsp topiaca starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 green apple optional
- marinate chicken minimum 20 minute or max 4 hour
- deep fry till crispy and cooked then on paper towel drain
- SERVING OPTION
- slice an apple on plate then top fried curry chicken
