Crunchy Lemon Pie

  1. Microwave butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds.
  2. Add marshmallows; toss lightly.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  4. or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 30 seconds.
  5. Add cereal; mix lightly to coat.
  6. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of lightly greased 9-in.
  7. pie plate to form crust.
  8. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min.
  9. until completely dissolved.
  10. Stir in cold water.
  11. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  12. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.
  13. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  14. Spoon filling into crust; cover.
  15. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
