Sour Cream Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Prepare graham cracker crust as directed.
  2. Set aside.
  3. For filling: In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla and almond extract just till smooth.
  4. Add in Large eggs all at once; beat with electric mixer on low speed just till blended; do not over beat.
  5. Stir in lowfat sour cream.
  6. Turn into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 min or possibly till the center appears slightly set.
  8. To test for doneness, gently shake the pan.
  9. Cold for 30 min or possibly more; remove sides of pan.
  10. Cold for 2 hrs more.
  11. Cover and chill.
  12. Serve with your favorite topping.
