Pretzel-Crusted Chicken

  1. Cut a horizontal slit in one side of each chicken breast half to within 1/2 inches of the opposite side.
  2. Spread honey mustard inside each pocket; stuff with two ham slices.
  3. Place in a greased 13-in.
  4. x 9-in.
  5. baking dish.
  6. Brush with butter; sprinkle with pretzels.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
