Gramma's Gingersnaps

  1. Sift brown sugar.
  2. Add butter, and cream mixture until fluffy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients, until well mixed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until dough can be rolled in your hand without sticking.
  5. Roll in small balls, and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
  6. Bake in a 350 oven for 8 minutes.
