sonia's Chicken Flautas leftovers Mexico
- 12 corn tortillas
- 3 cup Chicken shredded
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 cup lettuce or cabbage shredded
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 Cueritos
- 1 Salsa any kind you like
- warm corn tortillas to be soften and able to roll them add chicken and fry them
- when done fry the flautas just serve with lettuce and tomatoes
- I added ingredients for a pico de gallo
- for pico de gallo just mix tomatoes onion jalapeno and fresh cilantro black pepper and salt
- also cueritos for garnish
