Zippy Tomato-Topped Snapper

  1. Sprinkle both sides of red snapper with lemon-pepper and salt.
  2. Place in greased 11" x7" baking dish.
  3. Combine the tomatoes, onion, celery, parsley, garlic and celery seed; spoon over snapper.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Before serving top with the sliced green onions.
