Fluffy Meatball in a Great Sweet and Sour Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork and ingredients with a spoon until sticky.
  2. Tip: If you over-mix, the meatballs will be tough.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and katakuriko into the bowl and stir.
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. (They will shrink a little when fried in oil).
  6. Cook them all the way though over low heat at 320F/160C.
  7. Add the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce (except the sesame oil) into the pot and heat.
  8. Add the meatballs once it thickens.
  9. After the meatballs have been evenly coated with the sweat and sour sauce, add sesame oil and you are done!
