Tomato Cucumber Raita
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 -2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 -3 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Combine ingredients in a serving bowl and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving.
