Teriyaki Braised Beef Bourguignonne

  1. Toss beef with flour and saute in a rondeau or large saucepan in oil over high heat until well browned.
  2. Remove beef, lower heat to medium-high and saute vegetables until beginning to soften, around 6-8 minutes.
  3. Return beef to pot; add barbecue sauce, broth and wine.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until vegetables and beef are tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
