Chunky Chicken & Rice Soup

  1. Cook and stir chicken in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in water, broth and rice.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. ADD VELVEETA; cook on low heat 5 min.
  7. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  8. Stir in pepper.
