Margarita Shrimp

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Combine the garlic, lime juice, olive oil, tequila, cilantro, red pepper, and salt in a bowl or ziplock bag.
  3. Add the shrimp and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the marinade from the shrimp and discard.
  5. Thread the shrimp on the skewers.
  6. Cook on a pre-heated grill until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes for each side.
