Garlic and basil Crusted Pork Roast
- 4 lb pork loin roast
- 8 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Baisl
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- preheat oven to 325
- Cut slits into various places in the roast.
- Be sure not to make the clove to close together and place them all over as evenly as you can.
- You may need more or less of the parsley and basil.
- I used dry herbs you could use fresh if you like.
- Mix the herbs and pat well into rust all over creating a Crusted shell
- Place in the oven on a rack that is placed inside a cookie sheet or baking dish of sorts.
- Cook about an hour and fourty five mins, or till temp reaches about 160 165.Remove from oven and let rest about 15 mins.
- Turn the heat to broiled low if you can.
- set roast in oven and broil just enough to crisp outside .
- Turn to evenly crispen.
