Garlic and basil Crusted Pork Roast

  1. preheat oven to 325
  2. Cut slits into various places in the roast.
  3. Be sure not to make the clove to close together and place them all over as evenly as you can.
  4. You may need more or less of the parsley and basil.
  5. I used dry herbs you could use fresh if you like.
  6. Mix the herbs and pat well into rust all over creating a Crusted shell
  7. Place in the oven on a rack that is placed inside a cookie sheet or baking dish of sorts.
  8. Cook about an hour and fourty five mins, or till temp reaches about 160 165.Remove from oven and let rest about 15 mins.
  9. Turn the heat to broiled low if you can.
  10. set roast in oven and broil just enough to crisp outside .
  11. Turn to evenly crispen.
