Beef and Beans

  1. Cut steak into thin strips.
  2. Combine mustard, chili powder, salt if desired, pepper and garlic in a bowl; add steak and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a slow cooker; add tomatoes, onion and bouillon.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Stir in beans; cook 30 minutes longer.
  6. Serve over rice.
