Holiday Punch Recipe
- 5 quarts. cranberry juice
- 5 c. sugar
- 4 (46 ounce.) cans pineapple juice
- 5 tbsp. almond extract
- 10 quarts. ginger ale
- Combine all ingredients, add in ginger ale when ready to serve.
- Make ice ring with cherries and thinly sliced lemon.
- (This is optional.)
- To make ice ring fill ring mold with water, add in lemon slices and maraschino cherries and freeze.
- When partially frzn, push lemon slices and cherries to bottom of mold and freeze solid.
- When ready to serve, place ice ring in punch bowl and pour punch over adding ginger ale.
- Serves 75 punch c. sizes.
