Honey Dijon Mustard Dip
- 1 cup yogurt cheese or 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey, liquid
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt cheese or light sour cream, liquid honey, dijon mustard, green onions, parsley and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
