Bitter Gourd With Black Bean Mackerel

• 1 cup canned Black bean mackerel
• 2 cup celery or
• 1 large bitter gourd /bitter melon

1. Deseeded the bitter gourd then slice it
2. Put all ingredients into a pan and stir fry for 3 to 5 minute to mix well
3. ANOTHER OPTION.
