Apple & Cheese Mini Hand Pies
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut into quarters
- 1 apple, cored, sliced
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl; set aside.
- Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
- Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.
- Top with 3 to 4 slices apple; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar cinnamon mixture.
- Top with 2 quarters cheese.
- Brush edges of dough with egg.
- Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
- Press edges with fork to seal.
