Apple & Cheese Mini Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl; set aside.
  3. Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  4. Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
  5. Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.
  6. Top with 3 to 4 slices apple; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar cinnamon mixture.
  7. Top with 2 quarters cheese.
  8. Brush edges of dough with egg.
  9. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
  10. Press edges with fork to seal.
