Pioneer Short Ribs And Pioneer Bbq Sauce Recipe

• 4 to 5 lbs. beef short ribs
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Season short ribs with salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees till nicely browned, about 30 min.
2. Pour off any accumulated fat in pan.
3. Cold ribs.
4. Set aside.
