Crispy Parmesan Broccoli

  1. Toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper on jelly-roll pan.
  2. Roast in 450 degree F oven 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons olive oil, and finely grated lemon peel.
  4. Sprinkle panko mixture over broccoli; roast 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and crumbs are golden brown.
