Crunch Wrap
- 1 10 inch tortilla
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 3 shakes of hot sauce
- 1 Hash brown pattie, cooked as directed and cut into three pieces lengthwise
- 2 Sausage links, cooked, and cut in half lengthwise. Or you could use cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 Scrambled eggs
- 1 Shredded cheese
- In small bowl mix sour cream, taco seasoning, and hot sauce
- Place tortilla on paper plate cover with a dampened paper towel and warm in the microwave for 20 seconds so its more flexible
- Spread sour cream mixture on tortilla.
- As much or as little as you like.
- Sprinkle with a little bit of shredded cheese.
- On top of that place one slice of sausage, then a slice of hash brown until you use it all.
- Then add scrambled eggs and a little more shredded cheese
- Fold sides of tortilla to the middle to make a oval shape until all edges are closed and everything is sealed in
- Place Crunch wrap in a George Foreman grill or panini press sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
