Virginia Corn Muffins
- 1 cup white cornmeal
- 12 cup flour
- 14 cup sugar
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Mix together cornmeal, flour,sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat together egg, milk and oil.
- Quickly stir liquid into dry ingredients.
- Place in 12 greased muffin cups and bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
