Sophie's fruity yoghurt - soy free and vegan

  1. It's really quite simple - pop it all in a blender, or use a hand blender, and blitz it until smooth.
  2. Serve cold (I like to keep my fruit in the fridge before hand), and if desired, top with fruit.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. NB: this will work with pretty much anything.
  5. Try swapping the blueberries and pineapple for strawberries and add a touch of vanilla essence!
  6. Or, how about using canned peaches?
  7. These are wetter, so use less milk alternative to keep the texture like that of yogurt.
  8. Fancy a milkshake instead?
  9. Make exactly the same way and add another cup of milk alternative right at the end.
  10. Blend for a moment more to mix it and slurp!

blueberries, avocado, raspberries, pineapple, almond milk
