Lime Burgers

  1. Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl.
  2. Form about 4-6 patties, not too thick.
  3. Push down on the center to speed up cooking.
  4. Cook either on the grill or in a pan.
  5. For pan, add EVOO and cook until done.
  6. Top with ketchup, onions, lettuce, or other toppings.
  7. Freeze leftover burgers and that's it.
