Lime Burgers
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 limes
- 14 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl.
- Form about 4-6 patties, not too thick.
- Push down on the center to speed up cooking.
- Cook either on the grill or in a pan.
- For pan, add EVOO and cook until done.
- Top with ketchup, onions, lettuce, or other toppings.
- Freeze leftover burgers and that's it.
