Beef Bulgogi Korea Recipe

  1. 1.Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame salt, pepper, scallions, garlic, ginger, sak and red pepper flakes in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Add in the meat and toss.
  3. Allow to marinate at least 30 min.
  4. 2.Cook the meat over medium-high heat on a stove-top grill.
  5. Heat the grill first, making it very warm.
  6. Add in the oil.
  7. Cook the meat 1-2 min on each side, browning it nicely.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  9. 3.Sesame salt: Place 1 c. sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat and toast, stirring constantly, till they just begin to turn a light brown.
  10. Place in a food blender.
  11. Grind to a coarse texture and stir in the salt.
  12. Keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
