Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps

  1. Whisk miso, soy sauce, gochujang or Sriracha, sesame oil, and pepper.
  2. In slow cooker bowl, combine pork shoulder with soy mixture (marinate in refrigerator overnight if desired).
  3. Cover and cook on High 6 to 7 hours or on Low 8 to 10 hours until pork is tender.
  4. Shred pork and serve with lettuce leaves, radishes, cucumbers, green onions, and additional gochujang or Sriracha.
