Apple-Berry Crisp
- 3 Granny Smith apples (1-1/2 lb./675 g), peeled, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups blackberries
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut up
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Toss apples and berries with dry jelly powder in large bowl.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Top with nuts.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until fruit mixture is hot and bubbly and streusel topping is golden brown.
