Chocolate Cake
- 700 grams refine flour
- 2 dozen eggs
- 750 grams sugar
- 30 grams cake gel
- 300 ml luke water
- 75 grams coco poder
- 20 grams baking soda
- Mix eggs and suger together.
- Mix cake gel in luke warm water and mix in the egg and suger mixture.
- Whisk it till it becomes to peak foam position.
- Now add refine flour and coco power in mixture.
- Keep the batter in a tray and bake it at 180C for 20 min.
- Make separate suger syrup with 1 liter of water and 200 gm suger.
- Add brandy 90 ml for flavour.
- Now temper Dark Chocolate and keep aside.
- Take out the base of bread from oven.
- And sprinkle suger syrup on top
- Now apply tempered dark chocolate on top and keep in freezer for setting it.
- Decorate it with cream and temper white chocolate
