Chocolate Cake

  1. Mix eggs and suger together.
  2. Mix cake gel in luke warm water and mix in the egg and suger mixture.
  3. Whisk it till it becomes to peak foam position.
  4. Now add refine flour and coco power in mixture.
  5. Keep the batter in a tray and bake it at 180C for 20 min.
  6. Make separate suger syrup with 1 liter of water and 200 gm suger.
  7. Add brandy 90 ml for flavour.
  8. Now temper Dark Chocolate and keep aside.
  9. Take out the base of bread from oven.
  10. And sprinkle suger syrup on top
  11. Now apply tempered dark chocolate on top and keep in freezer for setting it.
  12. Decorate it with cream and temper white chocolate
