Black Eyed Pea White Corn Salsa
- 1 bag Frozen White Or Shoepeg Corn, Thawed
- 2 cans Black Eyed Peas, Unseasoned
- 2 whole Sm-med Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 bunch Green Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 bunches Italian Parsley Or Cilantro,
- 1 bottle Italian Dressing
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Can be served at room temp or chilled.
