Grilled onion and garlic aioli

  1. Grill/fry onion and garlic in small amount of butter.
  2. It's not in the ingredient list because it should be just enough so that the onion and garlic doesn't dry out.
  3. You'll want the onion and garlic to be lightly caramelized and soft.
  4. When the onion and garlic are done cooking add all ingredients into a small vessel to be blended.
  5. A food processor or stick blender like the one in the photo works well.
  6. Blend till it's as smooth as you want.
