Grilled onion and garlic aioli
- 1/4 cup Olive oil based mayonnaise
- 1/4 sliced Vidalia onion
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp McCormick dry steak season
- Grill/fry onion and garlic in small amount of butter.
- It's not in the ingredient list because it should be just enough so that the onion and garlic doesn't dry out.
- You'll want the onion and garlic to be lightly caramelized and soft.
- When the onion and garlic are done cooking add all ingredients into a small vessel to be blended.
- A food processor or stick blender like the one in the photo works well.
- Blend till it's as smooth as you want.
