BBQ Boneless Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of chops with Dry Rub; press into meat to secure.
  3. Add chops to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 3 min.
  7. before serving with the barbecue sauce.
