Pasta With Cream and Gorgonzola

  1. In a medium frying pan, toast walnuts and then set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, boil cream over medium heat until reduced to about 1 1/4 cups; be careful not to boil over.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Meanwhile cook pasta.
  5. Drain.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce and serve topped with walnuts.
