Cheesy Veggie Potato

  1. Bake potato by preferred method; split once cooked.
  2. Cook vegetables according to package instructions; toss with half of the cheese and your favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Spoon vegetable mixture over potato; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Mix blueberries with yogurt for dessert.
  5. Serve meal with a glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT.
