Bean Sprouts & Corn Namul

  1. Wash the bean sprouts.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add sesame oil and cook the bean sprouts for 2 minute.
  3. Drain in a colander or sieve.
  4. Do not rinse in cold water.
  5. Mix the cooked bean sprouts, corn and the ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and scatter boiled edamame.
  7. You could use chopped green onions instead to add color.
  8. Done!
