Crock pot De Leche
- 4 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 6 1/2 pint mason jars
- 1 water
- Wash mason jars and sterilize.
- I washed mine in the dish washer.
- Divide milk between the 6 jars.
- Screw lids on tightly.
- Place in crock pot.
- Fill crock pot with water until it comes to the middle of the lid.
- Cook on low for 10 hours
- Remove from crock pot with tongs.
- Let cool.
- Will store for up to 4 weeks
- I tried to melt it for sundaes but it was clumpy.
- Its the consistency of peanut butter so it spreads well.
- Try my caramel banana cream pie!
