Crock pot De Leche

  1. Wash mason jars and sterilize.
  2. I washed mine in the dish washer.
  3. Divide milk between the 6 jars.
  4. Screw lids on tightly.
  5. Place in crock pot.
  6. Fill crock pot with water until it comes to the middle of the lid.
  7. Cook on low for 10 hours
  8. Remove from crock pot with tongs.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Will store for up to 4 weeks
  11. I tried to melt it for sundaes but it was clumpy.
  12. Its the consistency of peanut butter so it spreads well.
  13. Try my caramel banana cream pie!
