Fresh Fruit Salad
- 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into small chunks
- 3 large mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 6 kiwi fruits, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch rounds, and quartered
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved and hulled
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- Combine the fruit in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar and vanilla and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Taste and adjust the sugar if necessary.
