Baked Spaghetti
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped Into Chunks
- 1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 jars (24 Oz. Size) Your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Spaghetti, Cooked, Rinsed And Drained
- 3/4 cups Pepperoni Slices
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (I Like Colby/jack)
- Brown ground beef, greens peppers and mushrooms in a pan.
- If there is any grease after you are finished browning, drain.
- Combine the sauce with the browned beef mixture.
- Let that simmer for a few minutes while you cook the spaghetti.
- When the noodles are done, mix the spaghetti and the meat sauce mixture together.
- Place half of the spaghetti/meat sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Lay out half of the pepperoni slices and top with half of the shredded cheese.
- Place the remaining spaghetti/meat sauce mixture on top of this layer and repeat the pepperoni layer and then the remaining cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- You want the cheese to melt and start to become golden brown.
- Take it out of the oven and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to make serving easier.
