Imagine Rotisserie Chicken Soup Recipe mommasue

  1. Bring 2 qts of broth to simmer
  2. Add 1 cup instant brown rice
  3. Peel carrots; cut into largish (1 inch or so) chunks, add to soup
  4. Rip meat off of chickens; 1 chicken gives nice side dish soup, 2 chickens gives very meaty, almost stew, main dish result.
  5. You choose.
  6. Add meat to soup.
  7. When rice is done, carrots are tender & meat is added, stir in box of spinach.
  8. Just stir it in to wiltdont overcook.
  9. Add additional quart of stockmore or less to your taste.
  10. Serve!
  11. No other seasonings needed.
