Tropical Vim Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 34 cup soymilk (or 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup juice, i use mango-peach or white grape juice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional) or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- Blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- You can add a couple ice cubes to the food processor or blender for a colder smoothie.
